Job Responsibilities:

Servicing the requests of PB Customers 

Generating Sales (lead generation, updation and fulfillment) from the PB customers walking into the branch based on the sales philosophy-earn the right to sell by resolving the service request of the customer 

Sales (updation and fulfillment) through leads generated by other branch staff from general banking customers 

Managing relationship with the Managed Account holders with a view to enhance CASA, manage retention, and add more family members to this group of managed accounts as well as increasing the product holding of these customers
